Firmadge Crutchfield is ATI’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Firmadge manages corporate direction and strategy at ATI, facilitating company activity in the federal IT market with strong focus on delivery of professional sales and services, consulting, business development, marketing, and support.

Firmadge has more than two decades of experience leading and building high growth organizations in business development, finance and administration, operations, bid and proposal, risk management and law. His extensive background includes both strategic and tactical oversight of all major functional areas of business entities with emphasis on corporations operating within the Federal IT sector. He has a long history of filling C-Suite positions, having served as CFO, COO and General Counsel for numerous IT corporations within the DC metropolitan area.

Firmadge is a graduate of Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, a former elected public official, a member of the D.C and Virginia Bars, and actively involved in his community.

Scott Deutschman

Scott Deutschman is the co-founder and Corporate Development Officer of ATI, focused on our organic and in-organic growth, client service delivery and strategic partnerships.

Scott has over 30 years’ experience delivering technology and management consulting services to government and commercial enterprises globally. He has held senior executive and principal roles at market-leading organizations including Accenture, DigitalNet, BAE Systems North America and Digital Management Incorporated.

Scott is passionate about bringing innovative and high-impact solutions to our clients with current interest in how smart-contracts coupled with AI and data-analytics can transform the way business gets done.

Scott is an avid cyclist and a skier. He is originally from New York and lives in Virginia with his wife, son and daughter. He studied Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Virginia Tech and executive education programs in marketing and strategy at Northwestern University, Kellogg School.

Marina Mulyayeva
Marina MulyayevaChief Financial Officer
Marina Mulyayeva is ATI’s Chief Financial Officer. Marina is charged with overseeing ATI’s HR, finance & accounting, contracts and reporting activities, and is responsible for compliance across the organization.

Marina brings over ten years of experience within the government contracting industry with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contracts, pricing, financial reporting and accounting operations.

Prior to joining ATI, Marina served in formative financial positions with numerous government contractors where she was responsible for financial strategy and pricing functions, as well as finance & accounting responsibilities, including monthly G/L close outs, internal financial reporting, annual budgets, project forecasts, cost/price proposals and company accounting policies.

Marina is a graduate of University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. She is a former professional athlete (swimming) and a three time Olympian.

Jonathan Arnold
Jonathan ArnoldChief Technology Officer
Jonathan Arnold is ATI’s Chief Technology Officer. Jonathan drives the solutioning and delivery of innovative and effective advanced technology solutions to accomplish the mission objectives of our clients. He leads ATI’s solution engineering and service delivery organizations.

Jonathan has more than thirty years experience serving the both the federal government and commercial sector. Mr. Arnold held leadership positions at several professional services and software technology companies including founding eSpear, a leading provider of compliance SaaS solutions to the financial services industry; Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), Energy Enterprise Solutions (EES), Veridian, Thompson Reuters, Unisys and Rand Corporation. Mr. Arnold has held a number of governmental positions involving software development and cybersecurity working with the U.S. Department of Energy (U.S. DOE), U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (U.S. NRC) U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and components of the Intelligence Community.

As an executive of EES serving the US Department of Energy, Jonathan led the build-out of the Energy Response Center including its construction, telecommunications, networking, hardware, software and media. He also led the deployment of the first wireless network at U.S. NRC, provided a range of advanced technology support to the U.S. Air Force Defense and Space Missile Activity Center during Operation Desert Storm and led the deployment of the first Personal Computer based signal exploitation system for the U.S. Navy.
